As evidence below, I was able to help produce the 1st annual Northeast Elementary Living Black Museum. I spoke with several community members and asked them to come and support our students. We were able to get the mayor, local news stations to come and support our students. In addition, during Read Across America Day, I was able to facilitate our district Testing Coordinator in his efforts to come and read to one of our first grade classes.

As evidenced below, as part of the district initiative, I attended and helped to organize the LCPS science fair. The event was held at the Global Transpark, and two of our students placed in first place while at the science fair. In addition, I helped to organize Northeast's booth at the LCPS Gifted Gala for AIG students. Furthermore, I have participated in IEP meetings (federal mandate) to help address the needs of our students. I maintained contact with the guardian, school counselor, and EC coordinator to ensure those needs were met. Lastly, I helped to facilitate and plan 3rd nine weeks NC-Check Ins. This included scheduling of proctors, administrators, and assigning students with accommodations to there appropriate rooms.
